Tech Deals Galore: Samsung, Google, ASUS, and More!

The weekend is almost here, and the tech deals are rolling in hot! From significant price reductions on upcoming Samsung Galaxy devices to incredible discounts on Google’s Pixel lineup and even a surprising Chromebook deal, there’s something for everyone. Let’s dive into the best savings we’ve found.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series: Trade-Ins and Straight Discounts

Samsung’s March Madness sale is in full swing, and the deals are impressive. While we previously highlighted the savings on the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra, the deals extend to the more affordable Galaxy S25 as well.

Galaxy S25 Ultra: As mentioned, you can grab the high-end S25 Ultra for up to $900 off with a trade-in or $300 off without one. If you’re a Samsung enthusiast looking for the ultimate smartphone experience, now is a great time to consider upgrading.

Galaxy S25: The standard Galaxy S25 is also getting some love. Samsung is offering enhanced trade-in values, potentially allowing you to snag the new base model for as low as $299.99. Even without a trade-in, you can score a straight $60 discount on the unlocked 256GB model, bringing the price down to $799.99. This is a particularly attractive deal, as it essentially doubles the storage for free compared to the base model.

Beyond the straight discounts, be sure to explore the bonus bundle deals available on the Galaxy S25 listing page. You can find significant savings on other Galaxy gear, such as $110 off Galaxy Buds 3 and $109 off Galaxy Watch 7, providing an opportunity to build out your Samsung ecosystem.

Google Pixel Deals: A Pro and an Affordable Option

If you’re team Google, you’re in for a treat. Incredible deals are available on both the high-end Pixel 9 Pro XL and the more budget-friendly Pixel 8a.

Google Pixel 9 Pro XL: Target is currently offering the unlocked Obsidian model of the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL for just $749. That’s a massive $350 off the regular list price of $1,099 and the lowest price we’ve seen for this phone. Note that the price appears in your cart at checkout.

It is worth noting that a short-lived offer on Amazon had briefly offered the 128 GB Pixel 9 Pro XL at $400 off, but only a few were able to snag the deal before it disappeared. This Target offer provides another opportunity to score a significant discount.

Google Pixel 8a: Target is also clearing out its Pixel 8a stock ahead of the expected launch of the Pixel 9a. The retailer is offering the unlocked Pixel 8a for only $299, a straight $200 price drop from its regular price of $499. This is the best deal we’ve tracked to date for this mid-range Google handset.

While Amazon and Best Buy list the Pixel 8a at its full price of $499 (or slightly less for certain colorways), Target’s $299 price tag is an absolute steal. If you are looking for an affordable smartphone running the latest version of Android this is it.

The Pixel 9a is on the horizon, featuring a redesigned satin metal chassis that some say resembles an iPhone more than previous Pixel phones. The Pixel 9a has done away with the Camera Bar vibe on the back unlike what we see on the more traditionally-Google flagship Pixel 9 series devices. While pre-orders aren’t yet available due to component quality issues, you can find details online.

However, those not bothered with the latest and greatest can now score a seriously great deal on what was already the most affordable Pixel handset in the current lineup. Check out a complete rundown of what’s new on the Pixel 9a in hands-on reviews to help you decide whether or not it’s worth waiting for the new model at full price and jumping on this rare all-time low for the Pixel 8a right now.

ASUS Expertbook CX54 Chromebook Plus: A Powerful Chromebook Deal

For those in the market for a new Chromebook, Best Buy is offering the ASUS Expertbook CX54 Chromebook Plus for $592.99. This Chromebook debuted in June of last year with a $700 price tag, and today’s discount is one of the best prices we’ve seen.

The Expertbook CX54 is powered by Intel’s newest Core Ultra 5 115U processor, an octa-core CPU with speeds up to 4.2GHz. It also features a dedicated NPU for AI tasks, 16GB of RAM, and a 128GB SSD. You’ll also receive a complimentary year of Google One AI Premium, unlocking access to Gemini Advanced.

The Chromebook has a 14-inch high-resolution (WQXGA) panel with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and an anti-glare coating. The slim and lightweight chassis also includes a good selection of ports, including two Thunderbolt 4 ports and HDMI 2.1.

Sharge 3-in-1 10,000mAh Pouch Power Bank: Power on the Go

Prime members can head to the official Sharge storefront at Amazon to snag its 3-in-1 10,000mAh Pouch power bank for $69.90. That’s 22% off its usual price of $90 and one of the lowest prices we’ve tracked.

This power bank is co-designed by Sharge and OnePlus and features a built-in USB-C cable and a detachable wall charger. You can use it to charge up to three devices simultaneously, with support for 40W PD fast charging and up to 55W when connected to a SUPERVOOC-compatible device.

Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen): Smart Home Savings

Amazon is offering the latest Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen) for $239.99 in all three colors. Regularly $280, this deal is within $10 of the all-time low and only the fourth significant discount we’ve seen since its release last summer.

The 4th Gen Nest Learning Thermostat features a borderless onboard display that has been updated for brightness and legibility. It’s also Matter-compatible for simple integration into your smart home. It ships with a Nest Temperature Sensor (2nd gen) for even more hyper local readings across your space and is compatible with most 24V systems, and no C wire is required for installation in most homes.
