Mainz, Germany – Rhineland-Palatinate’s Minister-President, Alexander Schweitzer, and his entourage channeled the grandeur of ancient Rome as they reveled in the annual "Mainz bleibt Mainz, wie es singt und lacht" carnival celebration.
