Druski, Odell Beckham Jr. Named in Amended Gang Rape Lawsuit Against Sean "Diddy" Combs

The legal battle surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs has intensified with an amended lawsuit that now names comedian Druski (Drew Desbordes) and NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. as co-defendants in an alleged gang rape case. The lawsuit, initially filed in October by Ashley Parham, accuses Combs of sexual assault, battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. The amended complaint, filed on Friday, expands the list of defendants to include Druski, Beckham Jr., blogger Jacquelyn "Jaguar" Wright, Combs’ mother, Janice Combs, and eight other individuals.

Parham alleges that she first connected with Combs virtually in February 2018 after meeting a man, now identified as Shane Pearce, at a bar. According to the lawsuit, Pearce initiated a FaceTime call with Combs, during which Parham made a claim that Combs was involved in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. Subsequently, Parham alleges that Pearce orchestrated a situation where she would be sexually assaulted by Combs the following month. The alleged assault purportedly occurred at Pearce’s apartment in Orinda, California, on March 23, 2018.

The lawsuit details a harrowing account of the alleged assault, claiming that Druski, initially identified as "John Doe," was instructed by Combs to assault Parham. Parham claims that Druski doused her with lubricant and forcefully jumped on her, leaving her breathless due to his size. She further alleges that Combs masturbated while recording the assault. Additionally, Parham accuses Pearce and Beckham of taking turns assaulting her during the alleged ordeal.

Druski has vehemently denied the allegations, issuing a statement on social media, which was also echoed by his representatives to USA TODAY. He stated, "This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish." He expressed sympathy for genuine victims of abuse and expressed confidence that evidence would expose the falsehood and the individuals attempting to manipulate the legal system with false narratives.

Odell Beckham Jr. responded to Druski’s post, expressing disbelief and asserting his faith in God to clear his name. He characterized the situation as "stupid" and affirmed his belief that the truth would prevail. USA TODAY has reached out to Beckham’s representatives for comment.

Combs’ legal team has strongly refuted the allegations, issuing a statement asserting that the amended complaint is a desperate attempt to garner media attention and financial gain. The statement emphasizes that Combs was not present in Orinda, California, on the day Parham claims the assault occurred. Furthermore, Combs’ team has initiated legal action against one of the attorneys representing Parham, alleging defamation.

The lawsuit further alleges that after the alleged assault, an individual identified as "Big Homie CC" attempted to dissuade Parham from reporting the incident by showing her footage of her sister’s home. Parham also claims that Combs contacted his mother, Janice, who allegedly berated Parham for considering harming her son, despite Parham’s claim of being violently raped. The lawsuit suggests that Janice Combs appeared unfazed by Parham’s allegations.

Kristina Khorram, described by Combs as "my right hand" at Combs Enterprises, is also named as a co-defendant. Parham accuses Khorram of facilitating Combs’ "predatory sexual behavior and proclivities" by setting up Parham to be sexually assaulted and raped by Combs, as well as assisting in covering up the alleged crime.

Parham claims to have filed multiple police reports at the time of the alleged incident but withheld Combs’ name due to fear of retaliation.

This amended lawsuit marks a significant development in the ongoing legal challenges facing Sean "Diddy" Combs. The inclusion of prominent figures like Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. has amplified the media attention surrounding the case. The conflicting narratives presented by the accuser and the accused, coupled with the legal maneuvers by both sides, suggest a complex and protracted legal battle lies ahead. The outcome of this case will undoubtedly have far-reaching implications for all parties involved, and the broader conversation surrounding sexual assault and accountability within the entertainment industry. The legal proceedings will be closely watched as the courts determine the veracity of the claims and the potential consequences for those implicated.

It’s important to remember that these are allegations, and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The legal process will unfold, and evidence will be presented to determine the truth of the matter.
