The deadline to submit a claim is July 2, 2025, providing ample time for eligible individuals to participate in the settlement. Payments for each device are capped at $20.00, but the actual amount received by claimants may be lower depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.

Each individual is allowed to claim payments for up to five devices, resulting in a maximum potential payout of $100 per person. The timing of payments is currently unclear, but further clarification is expected after the final settlement hearing, tentatively scheduled for August 1.
