The majority of working retirees engage in part-time employment as "mini-jobbers."

Male retirees primarily work in transportation roles such as drivers, as well as in warehousing, delivery services, and building maintenance. Female retirees have a higher representation in administrative and secretarial positions, cleaning services, and in education and social work.
