Dynamo Dresden Extends Lead, Demolishes TSV 1860 München 5-2
Dynamo Dresden extended their lead over the relegation zone in Germany’s 3. Liga with a resounding 5-2 victory over TSV 1860 München on Matchday 24. The triumph marked an emphatic response to their 1-2 loss to VfB Stuttgart II the previous week.
Christoph Daferner opened the scoring for Dynamo in the 6th minute, but former Dresden player Leroy Kwadwo equalized just three minutes later. Jan Guttau’s mistake in midfield followed by Kwadwo’s unfortunate misplaced pass allowed Menzel to break through and effectively seal the victory for Dynamo.
